A little help getting started

Set up a passkey for the first time

Ask your workspace administrator for your enrollment link.
Open it on the phone or device you want to use for approval.
Choose Create my passkey, then confirm with your fingerprint, face, or device PIN.

Keep the passkey in your phone’s password manager or a security key. Enrollment links expire after one hour.

Choose Approve on my phone on this computer.
Scan the code with your phone’s camera and open the link.
Check the match code, verify your passkey, then approve.

The code is valid for 90 seconds. Your computer signs in automatically after approval.

My phone or passkey is not working

Open https://workspace.scenicsoda.com on your phone using Wi-Fi or mobile data. Scan a fresh code from that same workspace address. A localhost address works only on the computer running it.

If the code expired, generate a new one. If no passkey is found, use the password manager or security key where you enrolled it. Lost that device? Ask your administrator for a new enrollment link.

Phone sign-in needs trusted HTTPS. If your browser cannot open the page securely, contact your administrator.

Set up the Windows workspace launcher

Download and extract the Windows launcher below.
Run Install-Connector.ps1 in Windows PowerShell. The launcher handles its streaming-client setup.
Open Scenic Soda Workspace from your desktop to review your displays and connect.

The launcher installs for your Windows account. Windows sign-in inside the VM is still required in this version.
